The Estate at River Run was built by Bill and Edith Massey in the 1980's at a cost of $25 Million Dollars.

The 22,000/SF house sits on 62 acres, situated on a bluff overlooking the James River and the rolling hills of Powhatan across the river.

Our dinner meeting will take place on the terrace overlooking the river. Dress accordingly! A buffet will be served, so no meal selection is needed for this event.

The house boasts amenities like 22K gold faucets in the bathrooms, hand painted Italian porcelain sinks, a marble mantle that came from one of King Louis the XV's homes in France, ornate plaster work that rivals homes of royalty in Europe.

The house is now available for all types of events.

Tours will be offered throughout the evening.
